Landing Page Strategies
Landing pages is a term that many people in the home business industry use and I wanted to explain what they are and why they are important. A landing page is a quick page that promotes your business in a soft way. Where sending a prospect directly to your sign up page may overwhelm them a landing page provides your prospect with a quick jolt of information and then allows them to engage and search for more information on their own!
When a prospect searches for more information on their own, this is the type of prospect that you want because they are self motivated. So it is important to create as many situations as possible where the prospects are clicking around looking for more information and that is what landing pages will do for you. Landing pages have been prove to convert a lot higher then sending prospects directly to your company website. I know several top producers and all of them promote their businesses using landing pages.
The last thing you always want to remember and is that you always want to capture whats going on inside of your prospects mind. If you are advertising your business to friends and family then you want a softer not so in your face landing page. If you are marketing on Facebook then you want a landing page that is more targeted towards people on Facebook. This strategy is going to improve the overall percentage of prospects who join you because you will be more targeted.

Hi Vince,
As an entrepreneur I have my landing page prepared by PS support team (http://mybeststring.com/). I have never promoted it since I can’t use it with my autoresponder (traffic wave)where I already have my follow up letters. I asked support team if there’s a way I can link it with my autoresponder but they replied that it is already complete and suggested to make my own landing page if I have a different service provider. How can new referrals be added to my list if this could not be linked to my autoresponder?
I really like the new landing page they have prepared but do you have any idea how can my referrals be added to my own list?
I hope you can share your me your expertise on this.
