    Hi, Friend

Here are so more thoughts about how we can do just a little bit better in this area. I am not speaking from a successful perpective, since I’ve already learned, first hand, that what you’ve communicated is quite indeed the case, but I do believe I have some things to add. I’d like to make these key points as questions, rather than statements, but you’ll know what each thought is driving at, and I hope they will prove helpful.

How important is the skill of writing, blogging, and commenting in sites such as this one, as it pertains to making a good, no, great first impression? I am referring to grammar skills, basic typing, and progressive communication style as it relates to writing.

How many of us haven’t done our literal best in putting a great signature on our presence on the Web, but expect it to become our gold mine in the near future? Garbage in, garbage out?

How many of us don’t even have a clue what a practical business plan looks like, let alone have fully developed one?

How many of us are running FROM something, like failed relationships, jobs, or lethargic attempts at a solid viable career, instead of TO entrepreneurship, which is only workable, manageable, and sustainable in any economy when we run on a full tank of success minded concrete concepts, rather than on the vapors of broken dreams?

Are we relying on the Web to build our dream, rather than on the relationships that make businesses, whether at home, or in the community, thrive. Is the Web the best place, where dreamers and schemers have more of a voice than anywhere else in the marketplace?

I’d love to hear your response, and I’m looking forward to reading the article at the link you provided to the right approach.

    Sincerely and appreciatively,

    SimplyMisunderstood

    Hi

This is Stan Maley here from Geraldton in Western Australia.
I am a writer but not a marketer, so I dont know what to write to influence someone to do or act.

    I write stuff like this;
“The ocean shows her face of different moods, the eyes scan
her looks but the mind of man is forever drawn to search the still silent depths.”

So that stuff isn’t much good helping anyone at all.

What I am referring to here is that we are not all copywriters.
I guess to help somone who doesn’t care and is basically not interested in getting off their butt, is a complete waste of time. Maybe we could be blunt and say “Are you going to do anything? Or shall I move on and leave you behind?”

That in itself is an answer I guess?

Great comments Vince it is right on the mark.
What i am enjoying in this is that marketing is basic commonsense. It is a return to the basics that make life meaningful. Only then does one succeed. Today that is hard to do because the basics have not been taught well for some time.

I would like to make comments to some of the com-mentors.
First to Simply Misunderstood, Great and needed comments. Especially about writing with skill.

That brings me to Stan who is a poet and writer. That is true my friend, it really depends on our mind set. If we want to market this is needed but if not we still gain here. That is the attraction. As to your writing not being good for marketing? Well that depends on the audience. Just take your example of your personal style:
“The ocean shows her face of different moods,…”

Now that is like surfing on the ocean of information you find on the net. Many moods and streams of thought are found all across cyberspace.

“the eyes scan her looks but the mind of man is forever drawn to search the still silent depths.”

That is the truth about marketing and the string. It is the person who makes it real and so he searches as he scans over the moods found in the ocean but makes the information real through his capacity to understand the flow of things. Here that stream of thought and search can find greater depth through the relationship with others on the string.
So my friend if you were to go with other writers and give your poetry, you can find an audience that may also understand something more about peopleString.

Day one for me here at People String, I find all of the comment very enlightening. Each comment offering knowledge, however, the each reader must be open to and be willing to apply the information to themselves. I found an interview that gave me a new business perspective from Toni Robbins: During the conversation of the interview he was asked “What he thought was one of the most important qualities were needed for an individual to have when starting a business?”, his reply was.. ” We all have Belief or believing within ourselves and that this belief or believing in turn leads into Potential, we then take this Potential and turn it into Action, it is this Action that produces Results and in turn these Results increases our Beliefs or our believing in ourselves, by continuing this cycle we build a strong support base and no matter where we start with-in this cycle we continue to increase our momentum building onward upward towards our goals”.
This interview has impacted me deeply, I am a newbie, less than 6 months in the business, it has given me a strength that when people tell me that I can’t do it or it never will work out, I remember his words and know that I can build my business because I do have the four elements within myself to build a self sustaining business no matter what anyone else thinks says or does.
I guess what I am saying is that we also must have faith within ourselves, without it we will give up before we get started.

When I say I’m starting from scratch, I mean scratch. I haven’t a dime to my name. I am unable to work physically so I’m always trying to learn new earning options. I hope this time I actually learn something and succeed.

  16. BELIEVE (in YOU)…, will create
    POTENTIAL (in SIDE)…, for
ACTION (innner to outer)…, to get
    RESULTS (for all)..,
…and make it again and again
a LOOP with no HOLES !

  19. I will explode on people strings i have a plan all set out, Youtube, Word Press site, other domains linking to the two sites, Google adwords to kick traffic off, traffic exchanges, then even put adsence ads in some pages to earn extra revenue. My only flaw is never used word press but that i will overcome.
