The shopping mall is a great idea , but I live in Canada will I see the benefits also because there are a lot of these USA shops that won’t ship outside the USA.

Unfortunately, that is true but you can still make money when your US members shop. So teach them to use the shopping mall and that can become a powerful tool for you to start making money!
