The parties agree that the California courts located in Orange county, CA, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.

Returns and Refunds— We stand behind our products but make no guarantees as to the results generated by them. While we may insinuate that our products are better than other available products, we have done no testing to confirm any of our claims. Therefore, we have a policy allowing for the refund of the money of any unhappy client who requests said refund within 30 days of the purchase of the product. After such time, we will not be obligated to issue a refund.
