I have been self employed for most of my life. Running a business in the off line world has always been my way of life. My wife and I work from home and our total business has been doing well over 7 figures in sales for the past 2 years.
I started learning about online internet marketing back around the year 2001 or 2002.
While attending an internet marketing seminar in Albuquerque New Mexico back in 2006, I met Kris Crowley and her sister Theresa. They were from Denver and I live in Pueblo CO. We stayed in touch now and the via email for the next few years.
I received an email and then a call from Kris back in January 2009. Kris shared a concept about a company called PeopleString. Shari introduced me to Bruce Van Heel and after a couple conversations with them, I decided it would be fun to help build the company. I loved the idea of getting paid from advertising money.
On Feb 10 2009, I sent out my first round of email ads. I sent to my (small) personal list of people interested in home businesses and I purchased a solo emailing to a home business list that I knew of. I didn’t think about it much for the next couple days and then Kris called me and said she thought it was pretty cool that I had 4 people under me.
I purchased a domain name on Feb. 13th and sent out several thousand emails to home business seekers. People started joining through my link and landing page 24-7. I began telling my friends and family about PeopleString and my string started to multiply fast.
People Dollars and Cash back shopping were soon introduced to the PeopleString site and the money started to flow. A marketer by the name of Ralph found my number on another social site and called me because he wanted to recruit me. I said I was committed to PeopleString and sent him my link. Ralph joined free and after talking with Bruce his string built fast. Ralph has thousands of people in his string.
The site and the company have evolved quite nicely over the past year. There are thousands of members in my string and I have been paid thousands of dollars. I am pretty handy with the search engines and have links for PeopleString all over the net. I get free sign ups every day without actively promoting. I put together a website with some free training on how to get your link found by the search engines.
Share the string with everyone you know and everyone you meet. If they don’t join under you, they will join under someone else eventually.
